The staff were very helpful, and when realising our flight was at midnight, we extended our stay for an extra day and the process was so easy (just a call to reception). the flights and early online check made the process a whole lot easier

Stunning hotel with really friendly and helpful staff on hand for every need. Set in the heart of KL, with a third floor pool area looking out to the beautifully green KLCC and skyline. Breakfasts to die for!

A beautiful hotel in Kuala Lumpur located next to the enormous Suria shopping mall and the Petronas Towers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff is very helpful and courteous.

This classic style never disappoints. The staff is actively looking after guests. Only weird thing is we were three guests and we got two complimentary drinks on the host. I'd rather had none or three (nothing in between). Anything else was exceptional and memorable. Thank you everybody for such a good team effort!

It was our first time at this hotel and I can say that it was incredible. My family and I had a great time. The rooms are incredible, the staff is first class and the breakfast is incredible. We will surely return.

I am so impressed with the level of service that was provided at this magnificent hotel im a fan anytime im in KL I will only be staying at the mandarin to me service is what matters when coming to a hotel and they go above and beyond much more impressed then the four seasons KL for the value it is unmatched special shout out to Ramesh every time I went to the pool he was there with the biggest smile on his face happy to help me with any of my needs in my opinion he should be recognized by the hotel he truly understands the art of service and hospitality thank you Mandarin Oriental KL for the amazing stay this was one to remember
