「こちらはホテルでは無い為、カウンターは有りません。エレベーターホールより記載の電話番号に連絡しショッピングモール内の事務所でキーを受け取り部屋へと行きます。パスポートのコピーやデポジット等の処理もありません！連絡してから１０分後位に女性が迎えに来てくれます。 対応はとても良かったです。　注）エレベーターホールで困っていたら声をかけられ連絡してあげるといわれました。その後ここはディスカウントしてくれないから、お金くれればディスカウントする様お願いしてあげる！とのこと。もちろんノーサンキューです。　」

「I did not stay there, as I could not get into the property. I reached the property around 7pm. No one passed me the keys, nobody helped me. The owner's phone is not in used anymore. I tried call the Malaysian help line but was told to call again during office hour! I planned to start the journey on Friday morning, but in the end I left my house around 3pm as I could not get the confirmation from your side.
