I found the Dendro Gold a great location as it's 2mins walking to a couple of brilliant local bar/restaurants. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Nobody seems to use the hotel pool and gym much, or the restaurant for dinner though. But with great local options it's fine. Would happily stay here again!

The staff was very friendly, welcoming & always ready to help. The rooms were clean, the pool is outstanding and great breakfast buffet. Had a great experience. However, just 1 thing, they provide only 2 bottles of 350ml water for each room everyday, which is very less for 2 people, specially in a hot & humid place where you need to stay hydrated, so an advice to all please get more bottles of water from outside.

It was alright. Very noisy, constant tour groups and chaotic breakfast area. Should have signs to noise level down. They like to shout in the corridor. Lifts take ages when there are lots of people staying, as lifts are slow. Dining staff and great. Recepionists alright. Some more helpful than others. Balcony not worth calling balcony

This is 3-star hotel, not 4-star

This is not 4-star hotel. It’s just 2.5-3- star hotel. The bathroom is small and the design of bathtub is bad because it can’t lock the water inside the bathtub but spilling out a lot on the floor. It’s really inconvenient. However, the price is fair. I got what I paid for.

Older hotel in need of some TLC not too far from the beach, but far enough away not to be bothered by noise. The -: Very slow Internet in the evening, worst lunch in 50 days in Asia. Non-existent buffet staff, serves powdered juice instead of fruit juice while we are in Vietnam which is the paradise of fruits, little food choice, schedule from 630 to 930, to 915, closing of lights ... we chose not to have lunch at the hotel when it was free, because tired of eating bread. Noisy rooms. Difficulty discussing with staff in the lobby. That employees take a "rating" on tours and activities, I understand. But if the receptionist tells us that the airport-hotel shuttle is 350kVND and the van driver charges us 200k VND, I think there is abuse. The +: Position of the hotel, comfortable bed although old. Won't be going back. Lots of hotel choices in the area at similar rates and with up-to-date photos to see what we are renting.

All good apart from a lady at the spa was so very rude lazy and shouted at me. I asked if she could get me a towel for a shower she told me to go downstairs to reception and then carried on playing a game on her phone. When I complained she started to shout at me and tell lies.

Staff was amazing! At breakfast there was a man named An that after meeting us at breakfast once he remembered us every morning including what we liked to eat and drink! This is exceptional and only happens with major effort on his part. Not only did we appreciate him we were blown away by it! He sees countless guests every day and he made the decision to remember us and I’m guessing many other guests!

Il personale della recentemente era gentile così come in generale tutto il personale. Tranne il servizio delle pulizie che nonostante avessi messo l'indicazione di non disturbare una mattina mi ha suonato insistentemente per ben due volte e sempre per ben due volte ha cercato di entrare in camera. La colazione non mi è piaciuta a alcuni alimenti erano freddi. La posizione è buona.
