They also helped us set up transportation to another destination! Breakfast was delicious with a great view! I would definitely stay here again when we come back!! 5 stars!! outstanding staff, good breakfast (has all the nutrients elements of protein, vegetables, fruits and carbs !) Room super clean, big and all the amenities needed. Everything went amazingly well, clear and fast communication with the hotel staff. I had a fantastic stay and got an incredible help to organize my tour to cat Ba and Halong Bay I highly recommend it and will definitely stay again next time in Hanoi
