「I would expect more from a hotel for the homeless. I was scared the death of bed bugs. Sketchy neighborhood, no staff, no lounge or coffee, contrary to photos and all their rooms are photo shopped. Never coming back. No soap, a sink that was gas station type, and no cups.」

「Location is excellent , the detail and colonial style is beautiful, felt cozy and very warm , like if we are in our grandparents house. Now the bad part, the bathrooms needs a lot of TLC, like a full remodeling, vanity, toilets and shower. The are in poor condition. In our room, toilet was wobbly, vanity is very old and shower needs attention like urgent. 」

「Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.」

「The staff was very cordial. I had to move a night table to retrieve a hair clip and I can tell that no one has cleaned the area behind the night stand for a while and there was small roach. Shower curtain needs to be replace immediately. The plastic receptacle to connect the blow dryer is broken. The room needs a fresh coat of paint; there are scuff marks on the walls. The sheets looked worn out and the comforter feels very worn out.This room needs a serious and total makeover. I will not...

「Walking distance to plenty of great spots. Easily walkable to the beaches that are less crowded than other neighborhoods. Hotel doesn’t have a bunch of amenities, but it has charm and the staff provide a solid all around experience 」

「Air conditioning was perfection nice and cool in the warm humid climate outside. We had the only room on the top floor/rooftop which was very nice. Clean room and no issues during our stay. Location was perfect for exploring old san juan. 」

「Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! 」

「The property is a true gem.A tropical zen getaway paradise with all the real home vibes: Modern industrial bedoom that leads into a quiet, private magical garden (w a pond) that encircles the whole area. Ample closet space. The kitchen/ living area just perfect for sitting and making coffee /food. Large fridge great AC w ceiling fans as well.
