「The room was very clean. They don't have a parking in the facility, but the parking lot in front of the building is a safe one.」

「Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.」

「The staff was very cordial. I had to move a night table to retrieve a hair clip and I can tell that no one has cleaned the area behind the night stand for a while and there was small roach. Shower curtain needs to be replace immediately. The plastic receptacle to connect the blow dryer is broken. The room needs a fresh coat of paint; there are scuff marks on the walls. The sheets looked worn out and the comforter feels very worn out.This room needs a serious and total makeover. I will not...

「I would expect more from a hotel for the homeless. I was scared the death of bed bugs. Sketchy neighborhood, no staff, no lounge or coffee, contrary to photos and all their rooms are photo shopped. Never coming back. No soap, a sink that was gas station type, and no cups.」

「Air conditioning was perfection nice and cool in the warm humid climate outside. We had the only room on the top floor/rooftop which was very nice. Clean room and no issues during our stay. Location was perfect for exploring old san juan. 」

「This was the worst hotel we have ever encountered through Expedia. Unsafe stairs both to get to the room and within the room. We never saw a staff person anywhere. I'd call it a dump.」

「Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! 」

「I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly. I found it amusingly entertaining that the Front Desk had a computer virtual associate. they offered coffee in the morning and a little kitchen area with a fridge microwave utensils vending machine. The hotel room had little bars of soap and shampoo. i really appreciated that. they have an elevator which was very convenient.
