"Ive stayed here numerous times in the past with no issues however this time i have to say i was disappointed. Check in was no problem, Frank was friendly and polite. Next day before heading out i told Andrea at front desk to please have housekeeping to set up the sofa bed, replace towels and empty the humidifier. 30 min later she called me to state i had a do not disturb tag on the door and couldn't get the service. I told her to check again because i had indeed removed it, she insisted it was there. I told her well im verbally telling her for the 2nd time to do the service. She said per policy she could not, that i needed to return & remove it myself. I was in disbelief over something so simple. I did return later that day only to find out my room was done and i had removed the tag after all. Joel the housekeeping inspector was in my room when i returned, very nice person. I could of continued with my day instead of wasting my time. Also my gate key didn't work to leave property and had to go reverse back to frontdesk instead of the security letting me go , as i had just came in. The whole miscommunication was a inconvenience. The staff needs to do better. "

"The room was really clean. The hotel is inside of a hospital which was a little weird at first. But the staff was great and everything was just fine. Wifi was hit or miss. Only a couple of miles from basically everything. No more than a $10 Uber ride. "

"This house is truly “blessed”. The property itself is extremely clean and very nicely decorated. For us the pool was the highlight as it afforded us a placed to relax and enjoy talking about our adventures of the day. The host is extremely responsive about any issues or questions. Would definitely stay here again."

"It was cute and comfy 😊 the host was very fast with responses and the area not bad at all.. local sports bars,markets,restaurants and not far from the mall and beaches. She also has a bonus which is an AIR FRYER besides the normal amenties. Highly recommended to anyone visiting and local who just want a little getaway. 5 stars across the board!!!"

"I had a good time there, host has great communication. Only thing I would say is the shower I really didn’t like. It was either super hot or very cold couldn’t get it to stay just warm everything else was good. "

Pool and sun area great. The host súper. Available through message in VEBO and answered any concern or question immediately. All my family was very happy with the stay and very complementary of the house. "
