「Clean hotel and room. Staff friendly. Breakfast very good」

「We had a lovely stay here 5 adults. Having enough separate beds was important to us and the sofa bed room can be maintained as a private space. Sort out needs perfectly. Clean. Well located. Very smooth process for check in and payment and very helpful answers to queries ahead of trip. 」

Breakfast staff polite attentive and chatty made aware of all available on the breakfast bars.hotel clean throughout.10/10 from us.looking again for march for our big anniversary definitely recommend to family and friends.」

「We have just returned from a 2 night stay. Yvonne was amazing showed us round. Provided information about the area and places to go. Breakfast is available at an extra cost and is absolutely delicious. Quality ingredients and plentiful. Bed was very comfortable and so quiet at night . Would definitely stay again.」

「Our stay the "friends hotel" was a great stay. We couldnt ask for better hosts, dot was so nice, making sure we had everything we needed. Rooms where what to expect for the price. We opted to have our evening meals there. Both breakfast and evening meals where very good, being asked what we wanted the evening before, with plenty to choice to choose. We are already thinking about coming to visit Blackpool again and would definitely choose to stay at this b&b」

「One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in at Blackpool so far and I've stayed in a few over the years! The breakfast wasn't cooked but there was no waiting time, plenty of choice and easier for kids to navigate themselves. I would definitely recommend and will be back myself! 」

「The property was lovely! Best place we have stayed in Blackpool over the last 20+ years. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again! Staff were amazing, chatty, nice and welcoming. Car park was full when we arrived (early) but no issues parking on the street nearby at no cost. Room was huge and bathroom was lovely. The only issue in the morning was that we could hear other rooms toilets being flushed and the cistern refilling. We didnt eat here but drank in the bar and the drinks were reasonable and...

「Well we was made to feel welcome from the minute we walked in. We felt like we knew them and we was like stopping in my family’s house. The place was lovely and warm. Nice power shower as well which was fabulous. It was lovely and clean. couldn’t recommend it anymore to anyone in a fabulous location next to everything in town would either recommend?」
