I cannot properly give a review on the hotel as a hole . As we could not get into it . As the phone numbers we were given to get intouch with them . Was one for reception. Which we could here ringing. On our check in and the next day when we came back to try and get atleast one night in the hotel . And other number we t to voice mail in witch we left a message . But no reply was sent . We managed to speak to the receptionist at the hotel next door ,to be told that the owner had gone on holiday. So she would not answer her phone . Having booked and getting no help at all , makes you think they do not care about there guests.

Very clean, check-in was quick and was given a choice of two rooms. The only downside was the mattress it was to hard, but that is personal preference due to having back issues. Bathroom was small but usable. Would stay again if they had a mattress topper..

Love this hotel /B&B this was a return trip to this place . It’s central to everything a few minutes to the town and town center …we could see the tower from our bedroom window. If you expect 5star then this isn’t for you but if you need a nice clean comfortable place to stay then book them now …the only gripe I have is the bed wasn’t big enough and was a bit lumpy but apart from that 10/10

Good hotel for the price

The staff are great. The room is basic but has everything you need. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Some minor diy improvements could be undertaken. However the price of the room is very reasonable and great value. It is in an ideal location. I would certainly stay there again in the future.

Place to sleep a night

For the price paid this was an excellent stay. Can’t expect full luxury at this price. Everything was as expected - rooms warm and bed comfy. Tea and coffee in room, limited help yourself breakfast as highlighted.

The hosts was welcoming and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. We was allowed to leave our bags beginning and end of our stay so we could enjoy our holiday without carting around bags. The rooms was very tidy and you wouldn’t think pets stay there too! It’s a lovely place to stay and I would definetely return again. Thankyou x

Excellent service and help from team

This was part of extended stay for visiting my husband in Blackpool Victoria hospital. I received excellent help and service from the Winter Gardens suites team. My stay was very comfortable and I felt safe on my own. We will book again when my husband has recovered to have a holiday there together. I can not thank the team enough xxx
