"Close to the strip and area restaurants. Like not having to pay resort and parking fees. Breakfast offerings are very good. Have stayed here previously. There was no hot water for the shower first morning. Next 2 mornings, there was hot water. The A/C stopped cooling on 3rd night so the room got really stuffy and it was difficult to sleep. The hotel is showing its age a bit. My room was clean but could use a deep cleaning. "

"We had an amazing time at the Strat. I would definitely come back and book my room here again. I did like that. It was at the end of the strip so it wasn't as busy as some of the other hotels so I got my peace and quiet after a long day, overall great experience "
