「ここは利用しない方がいいです。家族４人で利用しましたが、事前支払いは25,468円でしたが、現地で掃除代として165ドルを現金で取られ領収書はありません。デポジットはカードから200ドル取られました（デポジットは帰ってくるかどうか分かりません。）その日はこの一軒家に6組が泊まり、冷蔵庫やキッチンはとても使えませんでした。トイレットペーパーも予備が無く他の部屋から調達しました。階段の踊り場のソファーにも米男性が寝ていましたが掃除代を1日50ドルと言われて怒っていました。とても他の方に薦められません。」

「I like how it was quiet and safe it was. Owner was very sweet and was very prompt with responses with all my questions my only complaint is the water was cold and wouldn't heat up while washing my hands other then that the place was pretty great! 」

「My husband and I spent a relaxing night in the tiny house. We were breaking up a long drive and just wanted to relax and watch a movie. Comfortable bed, safe location, just enough kitchen for dinner and breakfast. We will stay here again.」

「Der Aufenthalt und das Apartment waren ruhig und erholsam. Wer Vegas unsicher machen möchte vielleicht nicht so geeignet. Man kann sich Mikrowellen essen mit nehmen, kochen kann man nicht. Es war sauber,und das Bett sehr bequem aber sehr hoch und man muss sehr groß sein oder über einen Hocker ins Bett . Sehr schön gelegen.」

「My husband and I enjoyed this quiet clean place. It’s well equipped. We’ve stayed in several other places but this one is overall clean and just perfect for a couple getaway. We shopped at a grocery store less than a mile away and just relaxed in the jacuzzi every night. The owner is great and makes sure everything is good. What a wonderful and pleasant time we had. Will be back soon. There are also nearby restaurants and fast food places if you don’t want to cook.」

「Carpets need cleaned or replaced as they are stained and smell bad. Sofa has stains and dog hair so we used extra blankets to cover the couch to sit on it. Outside patio chairs are stained and dirty and the table wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Beds are comfortable. Cobwebs in closet got on my suit. Kitchen is adequate but missing a lot of items. Whole place needs TLC. Items missing off their inventory list which the host acknowledged when asked and she was a very nice person and responsive. I...

「家族6人で３泊しました。３月のラスベガスは例年より寒かったのですが、屋外プールは温水で子供たちも寒いと言いながらも楽しそうに泳いでいました。ジャグジーも２４時間使用できます。連泊のお客は基本的に毎日のベッドメイキングはなく、タオルなども余分に置いてあります。シャワーの水圧が弱いのはどこのホテルでも一緒ですが、排水の流れが溜まり気味でした。　洗濯機、乾燥機、洗剤がついていたので二回洗濯出来ました。洗剤もなくなったのでフロントに頼むと気軽に余分の洗剤をくれました。食器もすべてついています。 ホテルの敷地内にデニーズがあり、すぐ裏にアウトレットモールがあるので、お買い物も歩いて行けたし、荷物を持ち帰ったり、とても便利でした。 ラスベガスの繁華街まで、３０分に一本シャトルバルが出ています。帰りのバスは深夜の１２時が最後でした。とても快適に過ごせました。」

「リピーターです。隣接するホテルにレストランなど揃っています。 レンタカー利用でないと　買い物などは不便かと思いますが　ストリップへはバス利用が便利です。」

「ラスベガスの中心部が見下ろせる部屋で、夜景や朝焼けがめちゃくちゃ綺麗でした。部屋も広くて綺麗ですし、良かったです。乾燥が気になりましたが、加湿器を借りられました。」
