「ここは利用しない方がいいです。家族４人で利用しましたが、事前支払いは25,468円でしたが、現地で掃除代として165ドルを現金で取られ領収書はありません。デポジットはカードから200ドル取られました（デポジットは帰ってくるかどうか分かりません。）その日はこの一軒家に6組が泊まり、冷蔵庫やキッチンはとても使えませんでした。トイレットペーパーも予備が無く他の部屋から調達しました。階段の踊り場のソファーにも米男性が寝ていましたが掃除代を1日50ドルと言われて怒っていました。とても他の方に薦められません。」

「Just like having my own little apartment in a quiet neighborhood setting. I felt comfortable coming in late at night. Very pleasant accommodations. The hosts were responsive immediately when I had a question.」

「We truly enjoyed our stay here! The home was so cute and you could really tell the host put in a lot of thought into it. The bed was super comfy and communication with the host was superb! The area was quiet and was close to the strip and different hiking trails. Definitely will be back! 」

「Our overall stay was great. Only issue was there were no top sheets just a fitted sheet on the beds.」

「The place was big and comfortable. Clean and had good A.C. It was well stocked with everything that one could possibly need. I desired to get a quicker response time on an issue, but it was worked out and everything was fine afterwards.」

「Best price in town! We searched different areas throughout Vegas and couldn't beat this. Check in was easy and convenient. Raquel and family have been great and were very accommodating. We had to extend our stay for another month and thankfully they had availability. This Casita was a great home away from home with separate entry gate, driveway, and yard area, which was big enough for both of our dogs to run and play. They let us have our privacy and kept to themselves. Raquel was very attentive...

"自由に使える冷蔵庫がある部屋を予約したのが良かったです。スフィアもよく見えて、部屋も清潔で広く快適でした。ただ、部屋に行くまでにエレベーターを乗り継いでいくという事がわからず、たまたま日本に住んでる外国の方が声をかけてくれたので、部屋に行けました。フロントから部屋までの距離が遠いです。チェックイン、アウトもスマホで出来、15時前に部屋に入れました。簡単で待たずに良かったです。"

"31階の部屋を案内され部屋まで向かったが、ルームキーをかざしても反応せず。またフロントに戻ることになった。ホテル内がとても広くキャリーケースを持って部屋まで行くのが大変なのと、フロントで事情を説明しても並んで待て。とのことで、速やかな対応がなかった。ホテル側のミスなので優先的に対応すべきだったのでは。せめて謝罪があればよかったのだが。そこが残念。"
