"The rooms were very roomy & clean. Staff was always very nice. Great location. But they were doing the beach refurbishment so right outside the resort the beach was closed. They do not tell you this is happening when we made our reservations. I think they should have."

"Our stay was great EXCEPT that the spa a relaxation pool was almost constantly being occupied by kids and teenage girls making who are not supposed to using that area. The staff resort and its staff do not do a sufficient job enforcing that area. "

"Very nice staff. Get a free stay and $100 by listening to a 45 spiel about joining a travel club. Overall a very nice place for the price. New and clean inside and very convenient to all local attractions. Floors were VERY sandy, but luckily it’s a fully stocked condo with all cleaning products and necessities. Other issue is if you have an upstairs neighbor, it’s very loud if they are walking at night and the AC is quite loud. Otherwise it’s quite comfortable."

"There was no beach view, but it was easily accessible. We had two youngsters with us and they enjoyed the stay as well. This was a very quiet area, which we really appreciated. There was plenty of room for all of us (6 total).Food area worked well (refrigerator, stove, etc.). Beds and bedrooms were very comfortable.This was well-located in terms of where we were on the island. Short drives to places we wanted to go: another beach, shops, restaurants, play-lands for the kids."

"This place was absolutely wonderful! I did a solo trip with my pup but the villa is so spacious and comfy, a family of 5 could easily spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was so nice and had everything you could need. There are so many amenities here. The beach and pool are just a few minutes walk. The grounds are beautiful and it's a very pet friendly community (bring a flashlight for walking pups at night). I would book here again and again. The only thing I will say is come with realistic expectations. This is a beach rental so expect a few dings here and there and for the outside to show some weathering. Also if anyone coming has an aversion to stairs this isn't practical for you. There are 6 to the front door, a step down into living room, about 4 out back and both bedrooms are upstairs. With that being said I'm not in super shape and had no issues. Bonnie is so great to communicate with and the check in here was the easiest I've had at any place I've stayed in Hilton Head. I highly recommend."
