「Just perfect」

「Very good hotel. Two issues: AC system is programmed to shutdown every time the room door is opened. Quite annoying to restart it. The 1st floor carpet is full of ugly stains despite the entire building’s beautifully renovated. Other than that- perfect.」

「This is literally student housing as well as a hotel, and it feels like it. Location is the real let down: It's a trolley ride + long walk to the city center, and a 10 minute walk through a relatively dull, dirty area to the beach, though some better bars are only a little farther.」

「ビーチが目的で選びました。 中心部までは車で10〜15分ほどかかる場所です。 バレンシアビーチがホテルのすぐ裏で、ロケーションはとても良かったです。 部屋はトランクを広げたら足の踏み場がない程度の広さですが、 部屋と同じ広さのバルコニーが付いていたのが気に入りました。 ホテルの清掃は最低限ですが不満はありません。 飲み物とスナックの自販機がロビーにあります。 また、朝食が12時までいただけるのも良かったです。 ビーチ周辺の飲食店は高いので助かりました。 夜中までにぎやかなエリアなので、静かに過ごしたい方は耳栓など持参された方が良いと思います。」

「部屋は海やあるいは広場が一望できるロケーション。 朝食ができるレストランはカジュアルなソファー席が多い、おしゃれなインテリア。 スタッフはとても親切。」

「At first glance, one might think things are sletch: wrong. Pull on the metal bars on the outside.door. someone will let you in the next set of doors. There's a keypad on the right with a buzzer. The young woman managing reception was superb and helpful. The rooms are very modern, spacious and clean. My wife and I were happy with it. You can also use their laundry and borrow a beach umbrella. I found street parking very easily on the main street south of the apartment, past the traffic circle,...
