「Clean rooms and showers. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi is weak」

「The accommodations were fine as not much time is spent there anyway. A couple of issues with staff. I enquired 3 times with the hotel regarding late night check in and did not receive any helpful answers. So arriving after midnight to find the front door secured was concerning. We had to walk to a Hotel down the block with a similar name and fortunately we did get checked in. In addition the staff were not knowledgeable regarding how to get to and from the beach which was close, but not...

「Parents stayed for three days and found it very comfortable! Everything was brand new, and nice. Good location but just note, bring your own tea and coffee for the mornings.」

「The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk to all the major sites like the cathedral and Lonja de Seda. The room was immaculately clean and quite spacious, especially for a boutique hotel. The bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and I loved the rainfall shower with constantly hot water. My only complaint was that we had a street facing room, so it was quite noisy throughout the night. I had to wear earplugs to sleep. Small price to pay for all the other great things!」

「Good variety of foods and drinks for breakfast, but the food in the restaurant/ room service was definitely lacking. The room was clean and Wi-Fi was was strong. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop just across the street that will take you to the beach ' very convenient. 」
