Great stay

Room was over the top nice better then I expected . Great location close to beach and restaurants abound . Staff was very helpful and rooftop pool and bar had great service.

The property is AMAZING on the beach side (although it looks pretty sketchy on the front side) - be sure to get a beach view if you can… it was gorgeous!

Beach hotel in the middle of lively area!

Good location between bars and restaurants, very close to the beach. We were not bothered much with noice, but it is in the middle of a very busy area, so expect to wake up now and then;-) Hotel is what these hotels are, not big luxury, but location is the thing. We had a nice stay, would book again.

Very good location, very close to the beach with lots of dining options nearby. Room cleanliness was questionable and had bad smells, including cigarette smells all over the hotel. Breakfast was ok, but with a very limited time window.

This hotel is a bit small but very well managed and maintained. The rooms are clean and maintained daily. It is centered in the heart of the Las Arenas beach and boardwalk and a 10 minute walk to the port and marina. The bar/restaurant has the second best dinner and late night crowds. I extended my stay three days and will recommend it ya everyone.

Very nice people. Friendly and good service. Everything was clean. I would only recommend to put some mosquito’s net. But the place is really good and the distance from the beach is absolutely insuperable!

The rooms are extremely small and the beds are very hard, although the view was beautiful and the staff was very nice. If you are here to party and stay out until 4 am then this might be the place for you. Otherwise if you want to sleep around midnight…good luck. The noise from the surrounding clubs and the fireworks at 3 am every night made it nearly impossible.

The hotel is clean which is our nr1. The shower was nice and OK, basic but clean. Breakfast is basic 1 cup coffee or tea or orange juice. 2pcs bread with marmelade or butter or jam. 1 cup more? Then you need to pay extra, even if you skipped breakfast the day before…. This is a bit too cheap and makes you wonder?… All people are nice also the night-watch. You can go out to nightclub (Mya is nice) and get back to the hotel at 6:00hrs. No problem! Its location is fantastic at the beach. Mind you a room with sea view makes no sense as big trucks are moving sand the whole day long… All and all? Great place for a weeks holiday!
