Pleased to say the Cabana beds have had mattresses replaced. Entertainment good food great selection for a buffet there’s lots of choice & outside by pool snack bar food is cooked to order "

"Great food , staff and location. Will certainly consider returning when we next visit Benidorm. Only minor niggle during our weeks visit was the wait time at lifts as one of the three lifts were not operating all week and if you were staying in one of the higher floors you could wait for a long time. "Beautiful place, I wish was there during warmer time - external pool was closed. Otherwise - beautiful place, staff were very courteous and pleasant. That welcome cava was particularly nice."

"Great hotel and our suite was huge. The aircon wasn’t working when we arrived and the room was very warm However the maintenance man came immediately and got it sorted. Plenty of restaurants nearby."
