Definitely coming back here the next time I visit and probably staying here the entire time. Sure you’re a bit further away from other tokyo cities but this place was so roomy and the stay was so amazing. Made the trip for us!

I really liked the shuttle service. Having been in the busiest parts of Tokyo, I looked forward to the quiet and natural surroundings of this property. If I want a mall, supermarket or train station, the free shuttle provides the transportation. A fabulous hotel if you're planning days at Disney Sea and /or Disneyland. Very convenient.

The hotel is super clean and the stuff is very professional and helpful. It's located close to Disney parks and has frequent shuttle bus to the parks for hotel customers to use for free. Strongly recommended for those visiting Disney Japan!

Property is close to Disney Parks. They have a shuttle in the morning and evening to train station near Disney. 5 minutes to Tokyo Disney, 15 to Disney Sea, though you can ride monorail for $300 yen, about $2 US as of this writing. 1 minute walk to Ikspirari, aka downtown Disney. The hotel was great all around. The transportation to Disney Parks was the deal breaker. So convenient! The shower/body products provided were wonderful. Perfect stay.

Great friendly staff and clean place. Breakfast is basically just convenience store foods but it’s free, so won’t complain.

Excellent lication to visit DisneySea and Disneyland. 5min walk to JR Maihama station amd Ispari mall with good food iutlets and shops and cinems. Bonus eatly patk entry and free shuttle bus to and from parks. Also allows you to buy magic pass for patk hopping on all days as a disney hotel guest.

Stay was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Water was hot. Room temperature was perfect. Perfect stay!

The hotel is beautiful. Right at the entrance of the Disneyland Park, you receive an early entrance pass which makes a huge difference to book your rides. Cute amenities to bring home are refilled every day

It is a beautiful hotel right next to the rail and bus system which was a huge plus for us! A mall and plenty of restaurants all within a short walking distance…free shuttle to and from Disney made traveling hassle free

They were very helpful and friendly. We felt spoiled with everything they provided. All the staff were very attentive. We would recommend it to anyone!

I liked how spacious the room was, and the bathroom, it’s not a walk to the Disneyland park but a short taxi ride or the shuttle was close by. There was a park walking distance, the area felt very calm compared to Tokyo

Very helpful staff. Convenient bus to Disney. Lawson in the lobby made snacks and sundries easy to obtain. Very clean. Although it was extra, the breakfast buffet was wonderful.

It's an apartment building operated as a hotel and is perfect if you want to have a room with a kitchen and washer/dryer. The unit we stayed in was clean and the location was just a few minutes walk from the train station. Best part is there's a grocery right in front and a konbini at the ground floor of the building. We slept 2 nights at this hotel to go to Disneyland and Disney sea. There is a free shuttle from Maihama bay station which is very convenient. It is very easy to access both parks and having a noon check out is amazing. Beds are comfortable, room is spacious. There is a small convenient store in the lobby to purchase snacks and a bakery for croissant and other breakfast breads items.
