Positives:
•Room was clean and the amenities were as described.
•Staff were very helpful, polite, and professional. They explained everything very well and their English was good.
•Disney parks very close and only took as 10min to get there by taxi.
•The Lawsons "konbini" at the bottom of the hotel was super convenient lol! Came in clutch a few times when we needed some items we didn't pack like laundry detergent and sunscreen. Plus the food, drinks, and feet patches to relieve the pain from all the walking.
•Great restaurants around the area!
Needs work:
•Room size is small, but this was kind of expected already.
•Room key is large and clunky. Made it a little inconvenient to travel with. They recommend leaving it at the front desk if going out all day and picking it up when you get back. Which is a different inconvenience in itself. Need to lock/unlock the room door using 2 different locks.
•TV in the room was small and only had local channels in Japanese, of course. They did have a hdmi input hanging from the bottom if you want to connect your own device.
•Wifi kept going out randomly.
•No rail/rod in the shower room to hang dry laundry. Although there is a dry setting in the fan system.
Overall, I'd still recommend this hotel based on the price, location, conveniences, and inviting staff .
