Find Hotel with a Concierge in Upstate New York, NY

This was quite an experience. The room was well laid out, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was phenomenal and the evening cocktail hour was a nice touch, both of which were included. Will stay at Embassy Suites again for sure.

All great cheating system was a little noisy but still an excellent experience. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful hotel. Our king suite was so very nice. Having a top rated restaurant right there was amazing and the breakfast next morning was delicious and well stocked. I can't wait to visit again and take some other family members. My husband said he would drive the 3 hours from where we live just to stay at the hotel and dine at Russells. That is saying something because he is not a traveler. The Christmas decorations were so very festive. We were there for a wake and memorial service...

This was the most welcoming hotel I have ever stayed in. From the phone call prior to checking in, to the check in, to the stay, and even the checkout. I couldn't be any happier with the service provided! Staying here is more like staying with family that you actually like. I cannot wait for my next stay!

More Handicap parking closer to entrance would be nicer. The staff saw me struggling to walk with my cane so a employee ran over with a wheel chair and took me all the way to our room and said we can keep it till we check out. She also went back and found the foot pads for the chair which made it easier to elevate the legs. Sixth year fishing the salmon river, I come up from NJ for a few days. This is the best hotel by far I have stayed in very pleased with everything. Will not stay anywhere else when fishing on the salmon river. Great location on the river is a plus also.

Cute historic hotel in a fantastic location. Our room was spacious and had nice amenities. It could have used more lights and a small table for comfort though. It had a view of the rapids which was lovely. Location was the biggest perk. You could easily walk to Goat Island and all the lookouts on the American Falls side. The restaurant was also convenient; dinner was okay but the breakfast was good. The entire hotel staff was pleasant and very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at The Mansion! Loved it! The staff call themselves "Butlers" and are so nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. It is a really special place to stay!
