Great experience, the staff was so helpful, accommodations are beautiful (very much Adirondack themed). Room was well appointed and bed was very comfortable, modern bathroom with soaps, shampoo and conditioner. We loved this property and plan to return.

Clean renovated room, amazing stuff - very friendly, made us feel very welcome and comfortable, we had great stay, we enjoyed our stay a lot , and the bond fire in the evening while roasting marshmallows!

I gotta say this lodge is absolutely charming. When it comes to hospitality it’s the little things that count and boy did they pay attention to the little things. The bed was very comfortable, the room cozy as can be. The towels were so soft and plush good lord. Everything looked updated and kept. I will 10000% be staying here again and recommend it to anyone who’s interested in visiting Adirondacks

Nothing could be better in our experience. Keith was the most attentive, courteous and charming host at the property. It felt homely and not commercial. Lovely breakfast spread of excellent quality, very fresh. Authentic, painstakingly done rustic interiors but not lacking in technological luxuries.

Wonderful place to stay in the Adirondacks for a couple nights. Our room had been fully renovated recently and was great. They are in the process of renovating another section of the lodge currently but this had no impact on our stay. Nice, quiet community close to many of the sights we wanted to see in the Lake Placid area.

The staff and the furnishings of the room could not have been better! The only drawback was the construction that is being done on part of the building. It took away from the appearance especially when you first arrived. We have no doubt it will be a five-star rating when that construction is done. The attention to detail is amazing!

This recently renovated hotel is a gem, perfectly located near both Lake Placid (12 minutes) and Whiteface (5 minutes). The modern upgrades provide a comfortable and cozy stay, while the kind, attentive, and accessible manager (Keith) who goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome (including upgrading our room, helping us make reservations for dinner and offering rides). A fantastic choice for convenience and excellent service!

They are working on upgrading property. When we first pulled in we were surprised by all the work being done on the building. We were walked to our room by Keith who also showed us the grounds.
