「My kids and I loved this hotel! Happy with our stay and will be visiting again next time we head to Orlando. The hotel has a Starbucks, gift shop, rooftop bar with great views. My only complaint is that upon arrival, my kids and I headed to the rooftop bar to eat, and the glass with the Moscato I ordered looked like it had spit in it or something in it. I told the waitress and she got another from the bar tender. That was a little bit concerning. But the check-in went smooth and they got us in...

「部屋は非常に広く、ゆったりと快適に過ごすことができました。客室も全体的に清潔感があり、気持ちよく滞在できました。 一方で、アメニティについては少し気になる点がありました。到着時にはシャンプーやボディソープが設置されておらず、コンディショナーのみが置かれている状態でした。最終日になってようやく補充されていた点は改善していただけるとありがたいです。また、最終日にゴミ箱が回収されていなかった点も少し残念に感じました。 朝食については、味は可もなく不可もなくといった印象ですが、もう少し種類が豊富であればより満足度が高まると感じました。ただ、ベーグルはとても美味しく、印象に残っています。 総じて、快適に過ごせる良いホテルですが、サービス面がさらに向上すればより良い滞在になると思います。」

「I reserved and paid for this room from Friday to Sunday. I notified the hotel that I was going to be arriving at the property at 7 am on Saturday since I had an overnight flight and needed the room to sleep and rest on Saturday morning. I called Friday before boarding to confirm… the staff was the most unprofessional, rude person who responded that since I was a no show my room may not be available at 7 am. And that I had to pay per hour for early check in. How is that possible if check out...

「I was disappointed with the hotel breakfast. The options were very limited, consisting mainly of bagels, cold cereal, and cold items. I would have preferred a hot breakfast, which is typically expected when breakfast is included. If a hotel chooses to offer breakfast, it should be enjoyable and meet basic expectations. Otherwise, it may be better not to offer it at all.」

「ラグジュアリーさはありませんでしたが、清潔で、お風呂のお湯はすぐ浴槽に溜まり、とてもリーズナブルに宿泊できました。スタッフさんの対応もよかったです。ロビーのギフトショップも夜遅くまで営業していて、飲みものや軽食が通常価格で買えて助かりました。 毎回入室時にペンキ臭を感じましたが、すぐに気にならなくなりました。ありがとうございました。」
