「Overall the apartment was spacious and easy to get to the city. We were in town with friends to explore the city together. Check in was easy and the place was clean. We had phone contact with the owner a few times and he went out of his way more than once to help us. He is a really fantastic host. You can ask him pretty much anything. 「都心のど真ん中でとても使いやすいです。ただ、流石にNYCですのでサイレンなど都会の喧騒の中ですが逆にそれがいいですね！治安は、NYCの中では普通ぐらいです。浮浪者やクラブが近いので基本的な注意は必要ですね。」

「スタッフの感じがよい。 メールでの連絡に対して、レスポンスが早く安心できた。 部屋はコンパクトで清潔。 頼めば毎日タオルも交換された。 朝食もティータイムも必要十分な用意があった。」

「This was my first time visiting New York, so I booked the hotel without knowing the area well. The building, especially the elevator, is old, but there was never a problem with it being crowded, and I was able to ride it without issues. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The hotel is within walking distance of Penn Station and right next to the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Times Square and the Empire State Building are also within walking distance....
