"This was a beautiful resort in a very nice location. Unfortunately, two of the pools were closed when we were there for maintenance and the weather wasn’t very nice so we were unable to use the beach facilities. There was only one restaurant open for supper dining options. We had to pay for a shuttle into town or you could walk about 20 minutes. It is a bigger resort and felt a little bit more impersonal than some of the smaller properties we’ve stayed at on our trip to Vietnam. Although the staff were friendly and helpful, you didn’t get as much of a personal touch as you do in some smaller places."

"We had a problem with our room, after trying to fix it the Cruise Manager gave us an upgrade which we were delighted about. Everything else on the Ship was great."
