「We were given the opportunity to upgrade to a suite for a small amount more. The room was very large but in pretty rough shape and in dire need of a good clean/maintenance. The check in process was quick and efficient with friendly staff but the room was not what we expected. 」

「First thing they missed was my VIP Expedia perk of 2 free drinks. As stated on receipt! Never even offered. I text Expedia and they contacted hotel about this and no reply. Second. The room sucked. Couldn’t shower. So had to use the bathtub and that took 20 minutes to fill partway as water valve must be no good. As sink worked fine. Not even a sorry. 」
