「The place is new and clean. Spacious rooms and nice layout. Perfect for family or friend groups. Easy parking. Great kitchen with all we needed. A lot of nice little touches like detergent, shampoo, dishwasher pods etc. The living room had a comfortable sofa, perfect place to relaxe and the outdoor area was also very nice. Highly recommend Hamilton Place.」

「This is a simple studio in a good location -- about a mile from front street and in walking distance to a couple of good sandwich shops and a grocery store. Parking is inside a garage. It is below another unit and there can be noise from above but that was not a big deal.」

「The odor was awful. It truly smelled like a chemical toilet. We could not stay there. The location indicated it was close to downtown and stated it was “steps” from Front Street. It was, but nowhere near the Front St downtown. I guess being unaware off the area is on me. I would never recommend. Disappointed in VRBO. 」

「Hosts were very accommodating and available for questions when needed. The trails right outside the house were great for last minute morning or evening walks. The location is perfect for getting anywhere around TC including the east and west bay sides and Mission Peninsula of course!」

「We stayed for a quick weekend of soccer. It was the perfect location and place for us to stay. We didn't get a chance to take the bikes out but awesome to have the option to use them if we had time. Hopefully we will be back to try them out! 」

「The condo was exactly as pictured/described. Parking was literally outside our window, room was clean and minimal. If you like to sleep with a fan there weren't any available. Appreciated the laundry pods as I wasn't planning to do any laundry. The sand at the beach planned to come back with us anyways.」
