"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and it's no wonder it's considered one of the best on the island. The attention to detail was stunning, from the spacious rooms with comfy beds and balconies overlooking the pool, gardens, or Mount Teide, to their amazing jellyfish tank and collection of colourful parrots. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and while dinner offered a delicious a la carte menu with generous portions, vegans/vegetarians might find the options a bit limited after a few days....

"Let me start by saying that our welcome to the hotel was excellent for our 7 day stay. We were greeted by the friendliest lady. I didn't get her name, but she made our welcome amazing. "Very nice room. Staff was helpful. Nice atmosphere in lobby. Parking was underground with convenient access to hotel although fairly expensive at 20 Euros per day."

"Massive pool heated. Plenty seats around the pool. Good breakfast. No shops in walking distance, like supermarket, but 5 minutes by car to the nearest one. You will need a car or go in shuttle bus once a day, leaving in the morning return in the afternoon. Reception friendly. Will come again. "

"The apartment had a nice Seaview, was clean and has everything you need. The complex was nice, clean and friendly staff. There was a lot of drilling one day due to apartment renovation, but not too much of an issue. Didnt use the pool, but seen lots of people out early to put towels on loungers. Overall good value for money and would stay again. "

"Situated at the edge of the resort in a quiet area only a short walk from the sea. There is a strip of small bars and a supermarket in front of the hotel which was very convenient. Our one bedroom apartment was large and comfortable and had everything we needed. A full kitchen was great for cooking breakfast and the balcony overlooking the pool was nice for relaxing in the morning. The pool area was good but lacked any shaded area and was very peaceful and relaxing. No loud music or games....

"Excellent value - very clean, comfortable and friendly, with all facilities you could need. It is a walk from the main town centre, and the hill is steep, so need to be mobile, or happy to use taxis. But the walk is worth it as the location is peaceful. Reception area and stairs are all stone/marble so noise does travel - especially to ground floor rooms. And walls are thin too, so occasional interrupted sleep. Nothing too dramatic though. "The property has a curious pin entry system which means you can check yourself into your room out of hours. It also meant you could stay there six nights as we did, and never ever meet a member of staff, as we did! The apartments were beautiful and spacious with spectacular views of the cliffs and mountains. The town itself however is dull with very little to do unless you're into surfing.
