"As a frequent traveler to Japan, I really like the Shin-Yokohama Associa Hotel. For those who are new to Japan, this is the next bullet train (Shinkansen) station after Tokyo, so a very nice station area, full of restaurants and shopping. The location needs to make sense to your schedule to work- I have a large customer nearby, so very convenient. Very clean room, great view, staff is friendly, and many restaurants all around. Great hotel for business travelers!"

"The internet work great. The staff very helpful. The time that we went the temperature out side was cold the air condition could be adjusted to warm-up the room. The room was just as advertised."

"Lots of amenities available 24/7. Never short of anything. Clean towels left daily and water. Nice coffee in reception, washing facilities. We didn't get to use the public bath or gym but if the weather is bad this is a bonus. Has to extend my stay and this wasn't a problem, we were able to stay in the same room. Highly recommended"

"This hotel was very close to the Yoga train station and convenient to where we needed to be. Room was fully furnished esp with washer/dryer. Although no restaurants in the hotel, there was family mart and restaurants close by to get food. "

"The train station jingle of “Kamata Koushinkyoku” is played every five minutes from 5am to midnight. Either the surrounding businesses should complain about this and ask them to tone it down a bit like every hour or so and only from 7am to 10pm. This tune was audible even on the 10th floor."
