"Love the place! Food and groceries are not too far of a walk, not too many people walking around like Tokyo or Shibuya. Recommend for people that want to explore Japan without all of people around "
"Close to the Shinyokohama station and there are many place to eat. Convenient stores are so close. Breakfast was really good variety of food. Room was very small, it was hard to open luggages and not many space to store clothes if you are staying for long time. But overall we enjoyed staying there."
"What attracted me to this hotel was its low price. It is an older hotel and the room was spacious and well-maintained. It was surprisingly easy to check in and for those who are arrivive by car, there appears to be adequate parking below the hotel.

"This is, by far, the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in Japan.
Having my own washing machine in my room was fantastic, and the view from huge glass windows was perfect.
The location is excellent, only a couple of minutes to Yokohama station, and I can only say good things about this hotel!
I will definitely stay there again and again."
"It was a unique experience with a japanese take on western hotels. It was quietm staff were nice, and had good accomodations for foreigners. Breakfast option was also delicious inside the hotel and is a 3 minute walk from the biggest shopping mall ive ever seen."
"Loved this hotel. We had a Japanese style room and it was so comfortable. Hotel in excellent location right outside Shin Yokohama station. Very convenient."
"Hotel is located right next to shin-yokohama which is a major transport hub. Tokyo about an hour away. Yokohama about 15 minutes. Excellent location. Lots of restaurants nearby, shopping center, karaoke, and a 7/11. Also a direct route to and from Haneda airport.
The hotel is a bit on the older side. Rooms are going to be very small, and bathrooms even smaller -- but that's par for the course in Japan. Hotel is clean, staff friendly, and they understand (and in some cases speak) English."
