"Love the hotel! Most of everything was perfect but our room was pretty tiny than I expected. The wall between the bathroom and bedroom is unique and wired. The wall is see-through clear wall and there is a curtain to covered the wall. "

Everything you need is in the room, and the staffs are quite helpful cos I have borrowed a humidifier and they acted very quick. One highlight is that there are 3 convenience stores around you, so you don’t have to worry about drinks or midnight snacks. You can choose whether to tidy up your room or not on that morning, so it would be a great plus for night owls."

Overall, I had a pretty good experience. Here are some detailed thoughts: 1. Location & Surroundings (a) Distance: It’s not as close to the airport as I expected. It took me about 10 minutes by taxi. (b) Environment: The surrounding area is very quiet, which I appreciated. (c) Convenience: The nearest convenience store is about a 10-minute walk away. However, it’s quite large and offers a great variety of food options. 2. Robot Self-Service I would say this experience is a bit of a mixed bag. While it’s interesting, it can sometimes take longer than expected. For example, scanning documents felt slower than if it were handled by a human staff member. 3. Dining Experience (a) Breakfast: Surprisingly excellent. I highly recommend it — the food tasted great and there was a wide variety of choices. (b) Late-night food: A very thoughtful touch is that the hotel offers frozen meals for guests arriving late at night. They are affordable and can be easily heated in the microwave, which is quite convenient. 4. Room Condition The room was clean and well-maintained, meeting standard expectations.
