"Great location by a station, really great value including breakfast. Underbed storage area and overhead rain showerhead in the ceiling were great. Everything worked fine, only problem was it was so cold outside that the area next to the window was a little cold and unfortunately the bed was pushed right up against the window. Bed needs to be away from the window or maybe some thicker drapes. Heater worked fine but it kind of ends up heating half the room. So dry in the winter so the provided humidifier was great. "

The hotel was in a great location; walking distance to the train station, restaurants, retail shopping stores and a full service grocery store."

"Great hotel for a great price - the sacrifice is being further away from the main areas in Tokyo. However getting to Shibuya is easy and the surrounding area actually has a lot to experience. Hotel was beautiful, great views of the city from our room. The elevator set up is a bit annoying though as you have to take two seperate ones from enterance to get to your room."

"There isn’t too much directly around the hotel, but if you walk for 10-15 minutes north-west there’s a great shopping area. Room was massive with a queen sized bed, and it was relatively clean, staff were kind and helpful."

"The staff was super friendly and patient with us even though we didn't speak Japanese. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were perfect sized. Loved our stay here would come back "
