"Beautiful traditional hotel — wish we could have stayed longer than one night. "

"We had a good experience staying at this hotel. Our luggage was safe when we dropped it off in the morning before checking in. The hotel was clean and for the most part we didn't hear noise from the surrounding rooms. It was easy to do laundry but the dryer to the right did not work well. The two washers and dryers required coins, which we could get from the front desk. The metro entrance was right outside the building making it easy to travel around the city. We didn't pay for the breakfast at the hotel but had no trouble finding food nearby. "

"Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay and will certainly return to the Miramar Garden Taipei when we travel to Taipei in the future! The breakfast was terrific, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, and we went to the gym daily. We also had a great time at the swimming pool, and appreciated the free coffees and snacks. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!"

"Walk a few feet from the hotel and you can jump on the train to Taipei City! Buy ticketsand have a $50 or less as machines dont take big bills. We had a 10 hour layoverso we wanted to see the downtown and old city. Its about 35 minutes to get there on the train. There is an express train which is the one we took. Wefound a benihana style locals place that was excellent and airconditioned.No issues with train. The hotel will store your luggage."

"They offered us late check-out due to our late flight. We liked the breakfast ; many food options. The carpet in our room was a bit dirty but not smelly. The location of the hotel is very convenient for dinning; shopping and transportation. "
