"The hotel service was excellent, and everything was very clean. The location was perfect—very convenient for shopping, dining, and taking the metro. There were just two small things that could be improved. First, the design of the bathroom sink was not very practical. The faucet was positioned too close to the edge of the sink, which made it a little inconvenient to use. Second, I really liked the eco-friendly bag that was hung outside the door every morning. It was a thoughtful idea. It would be even more convenient if the hotel could also provide a separate bag for used towels. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to stay here again."

"因颱風行程攪亂重訂分開兩天，但入住時旅館要我每天都退房然後再重新入住另一房，造成旅行不便，（我訂的是相同房型），有點不合理，雖然我喜歡君品上次回台住的感覺很好，但這次旅遊已因颱風受影響卻又碰到不盡情理的回應，有點錯愕，我們常旅行，常碰到會多留一天的情形，一般旅館都會給予方便，第一次碰到被要求加價！"
