"The citizenM Taipei North Gate is modern and sleek and is in a great location, just a 10 minute walk from Taipei Main Station and Ximending. The hotel staff is very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The room was comfortable and clean and staff provided free water bottles in our fridge everyday. Overall an excellent stay."

"We travelled as a group of 3 - we all like the good location and amenities (walkable to the metro train, good gym facilities, good size of swimming pool and with washing machine+ dryer). We didnt get to try the onsen this round and will definitely return if there is a chance in the future! Just a small suggestion is to have clear instructions or indications on the room lighting. Pleasant stay overall!"
