Good location in the heart of Ximending with access to two subway stations. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Staff is great, especially the cleaning team! Towels were horrible - crispier than they need to be. Gym is mediocre and there’s no spa (but tiny tubs in the room). It’s very crowded with foreign tourists so beware!

exceed my all expectations. very convenient, yet very quiet and tranquil.. Staff was attentive yet not intrusive. I left my wallet behind after I checked out, they sent me an email right away to inform me of such. it was picked up by cleaning crew and forwarded to the front desk.
