"The location is convenient but the room is noisy and the sound insulation is not good. The room upstairs had kids that were jumping and running around. The noise from the next door neighbor was loud. The shower drained really slow. The toilet is inconvenient for people that are over 5 feet tall since you will bump into the front wall when you sit."

"This establishment is an Airbnb/room and is not a hotel. The check in procedures were not part of the confirmation email. There can be instructions on how to operate AC, lights, etc. being posted in the room. Feeling that I should have paid a little more to check into a regular hotel "

"I was glad we had a mandarin speaker with us to call the proprietor when we arrived as we didnt know what to do when everything was locked up. But once we called and he arrived, it was an awesome place to stay. Loved the location in historic Tainan (only street parking a couple blocks away available) and all four of us found it very roomy with a nice shared sitting area/kitchen outside our private room. And free snacks upon arrival. I hope to stay there again some day!"
