The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were available at the front desk or via phone. The room was very clean and sanitary with fresh sheets and towels. The in-room washer and dryer combo was very very useful! And the air purifier helped keep the space clean after nights out in restaurants or smokey rooms. Our favorite hotel in Sapporo! Room: We booked the Classy King room for 2 people and it was spacious and clean! We were very happy with the amenities and features in the room. Lounge: Classy rooms include access to their lounge which has coffee/tea and desserts throughout the day. It's a good space to relax or catch on up some work. Clean and excellent staff

Awesome place to stay!!

The staff was nice and it was convenient.

The room was very spacious. Our room had a living space area with sofa and coffee table. The kitchenette had a microwave, kettle, induction stove, and fridge. Tableware, pots/pans, utensils and dish soap + sponge were included. The bathroom also had a washer. We liked that the sink, toilet, and bathing area were all separated.

Close to the airport and shuttle service was available.

This was a nice stay, within easy walking distance to Odori Park, lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly and our room was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location if you using the JR trains.

Absolutely loved our stay at Bespoke Sapporo. Very central location near two stations and three train lines, and the hotel itself is new, clean and well-designed. The breakfast was great and the staff were helpful and friendly. We’d stay here again and highly recommend it.

Spent 2 nights here on a side quest from Tokyo before heading back to the US. Location was great. Maybe 5 min walk from the station. Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff. Room was considerably smaller than our room in Shibuya, but it was 1/5 the price. Clean and in good shape. Only big downside was lack of pillows and a very hard mattress.
