"Very comfortable for a pod hotel. Staff and amenities are very good and if you require English assistance, they have staff that can speak as well as provide English documents and instructions. I like that the lockers are right next to the pod instead of in a separate room like many others. My only minor complaint is that breakfast was served in an adjacent hotel which you have to go outside and back in to get to, which in the winter isn't the most pleasant. "Space is what this property has in abundance. We could have had two families share this unit. It was great, loved having a washing machine and detergent available. The instructions to find the apartment were great. An easy trip by subway 2-3 stops into Odori Park and Sapporo central. The only draw backs were that the beds are quite firm and we picked up a musky smell in the unit, but this seemed to reduce after a couple of days. "
