「We had a late arrival and an early departure. Although we missed breakfast the gentleman in charge was able to offer us some muffins and juice. The staff at the front desk were wonderful. My only problem was the loud and disruptive behavior of a teenage sports team staying at the hotel. Honestly, they did settle down at a reasonable time and as a retired middle school teacher I knew they were teen boys being teens. 」

「From the beginning the booking process to the end was so nice & easy. No problem with adding an extra day and the host was very easy to communicate with. The house was SO clean, and very well put together - the photos don’t do it justice. The pool and hot tub was very nice and clean! So many essentials given in the kitchen that are a great add in if needed last minute. The host was very nice and easy to talk to, as well as very responsive with helpful information too. 「歩いていけるエリアにWalmartやレストランが多数ありそれだけでも半日楽しめた。スタッフのサービスもよかったが朝食の種類がもっと多いとさらによかった」

"・たまたま空いていたからだと思うが、到着日の朝8時にチェックインでき、部屋も使わせて頂けた。ほとんど眠れなかった夜行便での到着だったので、とても助かった。・チェイスフィールドでの野球観戦には最適、徒歩3分で球場に行くことができる。・部屋はとても清潔で、冷蔵庫・電子レンジも備わっており、快適に過ごすことができる。・提供される朝食も良かった。"

"家族で宿泊しました。工事中でした。朝食は、レストランで普通の朝食セットを有料にて提供しておりビッフェなどはありません。当初ビッフェと思い、有料朝食を選択しました。実際はその金額はクレジットとして部屋にチャージされており、その金額分はレストランや売店で使用できるという仕組みでした。私達は１日はウォーターパークに行きましたが、あとはホテルのプールで過ごしました。不幸中の幸いでホテルが工事中なのでプール近くの部屋となり、ビールを持ってプールでまったりできました。子どもも空いていて遊べてました。子どもとゆっくり過ごすにはいいのではないでしょうか。"

ハイアットプレイスフェニックス / ダウンタウン

"空港からMetro(路面電車)1本でホテルの徒歩圏内に着けるのは本当に便利でした。チェイス・フィールドでMLBの試合を観に行ったのですが、Metro1駅分なので、ホテルから球場まで徒歩15分〜20分くらいで着けます。試合後(夜10時過ぎ)にホテルまで歩いて帰りましたが、家族連れの人たちも普通に歩いて帰宅していて、日本の野球観戦後の雰囲気と変わらず、治安がいい街だと思います。ホテルの設備は本当に素晴らしく、広くてきれいで快適に過ごせました。シャワーの水量、温度調節も完璧です。ミネラルウォーターのペットボトルを備えてくれていて助かりました。コーヒーメーカーに普通のコーヒーだけでなく、カフェインレスコーヒーも置いてくれていたのが良かったです。ホテルの1階におしゃれなカフェがあり、無料の朝食がそのカフェで食べられました。パンやオートミール、ヨーグルト、果物など種類も豊富で、ドリンクもコーヒー、紅茶、ジュース、牛乳などが揃っています。またフェニックスに来た時にはこちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。"
