「Perfect location for what we were trying to do on our trip. Walked everywhere, lots of places to eat, shop, visit and explore. The building is secure and the attendants are keeping an eye out for your safety…since homeless people are everywhere downtown…no matter how far you stay from skidrow. The rooftop was great. The loft was clean and very spacious. The host and owner were both very friendly. I would say my only complaint is the parking situation but that’s to be expected in a large downtown...

「My Husband and 15yo daughter drove up from San Diego to LA to see a concert at the Belasco Theater which was literally a 5min walk from this condo. This is a gentrified neighborhood, so sketchy but safe yeah? 」

「If you want to enjoy shopping and dining in Beverly Hills, we recommend this hotel as it is reasonably priced and conveniently located. The only downside is that a large carry case is too narrow to spread out your luggage. Check-in is extremely easy and quick, as all you have to do is register your passport in advance through the hotel's app and you can check in right away.」

「This condo is very nice, clean, updated with a view over the pool/courtyard area. Easy communication with the host and clearly have a good sense of humor when you read the condo rules book upon arrival. I will definitely be back. 」

「Lovely apartment in a convenient location. Spacious 2 bedroom en suites with very comfortable beds and large bathrooms. A well equipped kitchen with an open floorplan to dining area and living room. And a very cute porch with table and chairs for two! The apartment complex is large and the location lacks charm but is very convenient as coffee and grocery stores are a short walk away. The host was friendly and her instructions were clear. The underground parking garage can be confusing but...
