Although Properly close to Downtown and had a private gate and quiet neighborhood; the standard to be a 4 start rate property it’s too far away. Had Broken curtains, non matching towels, missing shower door, ants infestation, unclean refrigerator, unmatched silverware and pots and pans. Owner needs to do some research how to improve property values.

Disappointing stay, listing and actual property did not match. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing and did not match the expectations created by the listing. The biggest concern was that the property and listing photos did not appear to match the unit we were provided. I would recommend that future guests carefully confirm that the photos and amenities shown are for the specific unit they are booking. There were also several cleanliness concerns during our stay. We found pubic hair in the tub, stains/soiling in areas of the kitchen and living space, and multiple flies inside the unit upon arrival. including flies around our food and beverages. The worst was the cockroaches. Parking was another issue. The listing indicated free parking, but we were charged a parking fee. Additionally, on one day our assigned parking space was occupied by another vehicle, so we were unable to use the space we had paid for. The host was responsive regarding this particular issue and did refund that day’s parking charge, which I appreciated. Regarding the patio, I had specifically asked about privacy before our stay and was informed that the front patio was shared with the neighboring unit. The photos are misleading. So guests should be aware that the patio is not private. The host was responsive when contacted, and I appreciate that. However, based on the discrepancies between the listing and the actual property, along with the cleanliness and pest concerns, I would avoid this place.

Loved the area and the size of the apartment. Everything was close by and amazing food items. Only downside was we were only provided one toilet roll for a family of 4 and the parking wasn’t great, we had to park on the next block since parking wasn’t accessible.
