"万博帰りに利用しました 閉場時間近くまで居て 駅まで雨の中傘まみれの中向かったホテル 夢洲駅からコスモスクエアで乗り換え ニュートラル利用でしたので 一気に乗客が減り、楽に帰れました そして、チェックイン その後のお茶漬けが　滲みました 生き返りました！ 部屋にあった　靴の乾燥機　マッサージ器 利用させていただきました そうそう、 調べても最後まで分からず、現地でも迷いました 日和ホテルの文言が外から 分かりづらいです 建物の名前も違う表記なので なんとかなればなぁ 直結も、ニュートラムからだと わかりますが 高架でつながってます "

"Our stay at Risonare was awful from start to finish. When we arrived they told us there would be a significant extra fee for our 1-year-old to stay with us (I was pretty sure we booked the reservation with a child included, but regardless, this is the only hotel out of 6 that we stayed at in Japan that charged extra for a child under 2 years old). The room was advertised as a 4-bed room but when we got to the room the 4th bed did not have sheets on it, and we were told there would be a charge...
