"Be sure to read the fine print in the hotel description, especially the fine print. I didn't notice when I booked my room that there's a $25 per night parking fee. It's an ordinary open air lot. I never saw any extra security. The hotel itself was very nice. My room was nice, and the bed very comfortable. The beach access was great. "

"We love staying at the Hilton however this past experience was not so great. The staff upon checkout were all rude and showed a bit of racism and favoritism. Never expected that because in the past it was always a pleasurable experience. The room was awesome except for the shower door wouldn't close properly without lifting up on it and the hot water wasn't working properly. Checking out made this stay very disappointing. Your staff needs to work on their customer service. Courtesy and kindness is key. The view was breath taking.l "
