「Very nice hotel. Staff very friendly. Location was quiet and slightly hidden. No traffic noise. Only down point was the pool temporarily closed」

「Skipped the breakfast but there were several options. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom door didn’t shut properly and room table/wall surfaces could have used a little more cleaning focus. Beds were clean and nice. Bodywash in shower was empty. Room smelled VERY strong of Hawaiian air freshener. Parking was easy」

「This property was not the location I booked. It was to have been for Holiday Inn, Express, Blowing Rock Rd, Boone, NC. not Maryland. I did not know until I tried to check in and they did not have my reservations. When I learned of the error I sent a message to Expedia to cancel however, I have been charged for the booking. Please respond and advise how I can get a refund on this booking error. I clearly wrote the address of the hotel in Boone when I made the reservations.」

「We were given a smoking room initially which is absolutely disgusting. And then when we got in the room it felt so dirty that it was hard to feel comfortable. We tried watching TV but that didn't work and we both needed showers but the bathroom felt so awful that there was no way we would feel clean afterwards. There was also a lot of hair that didn't belong to either of us around the bathroom and all over the towels. I know it's a budget place but it doesn't take a lot to make sure the rooms...

「This Hotel is super clean and centrally located. The beds/linens were perfect. They provide all necessary toiletries, plenty of towels, hot breakfast and gym amenities that include work out towels. Tons of outlets, multiple charging options in room as well as desk space if you're working while traveling. Fridge/freezer, coffee, hair dryer, iron+board, wi-fi, cold a/c and late 12pm checkout.
