"Very thankful hotels was to accommodate our request for a handicap accessible room at check in. They were also ins enough to upgrade our room to a suite for free to accommodate my husband’s mobility scooter. Room was nice faced the downs town. Our only complaint is the mattress and pillows. The mattress literally folded in as we proceeded to lay down super soft felt like a bean bag and the pillows were know better overall the hotel stay was great."

"I been staying at different Hilton locations and this resort is nice and kid friendly. However it was pretty dusty in the room, to the point me and my family kept sneezing. Pools are very well maintained. Also the pool staff weren’t all that nice and friendly. That was a big bummer since my kids had to experience a staff member roll her eyes at me while I asked common questions."

"Absolutely loved my stay! The grounds were beautiful, and the bathtub in the room was such a relaxing touch. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The food was also delicious! Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay again."

"Only bad thing is you have to walk a lot to the lobby and is hard if you have a lot of things with you. You can get the bell boy to pick and drop you every time like we did but they added up some cost with the tip."
