「The lady was cheerful and welcoming at check-in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and especially the hot tub at the end of a busy day. It was very refreshing having local people working and running the hotel. The majority of hotels anymore are run and managed by foreign people. 」

「This Quality Inn restored our faith in the hotel chain! From the friendly front desk clerk to the welcoming fall-decorated lobby, we had an excellent stay here. They had a cute little popcorn cart in the lobby and the desk clerk had just made fresh, complimentary popcorn! Great location, ample parking and a quick drive to some really great restaurants. Our room was super clean and comfy. The beds were VERY comfortable. The bathroom was super clean and well stocked with towels, soap and shampoo....

Then our room was in a great location and there was a very convenient green space for dog walking. My sister and I enjoyed our coffee and bagel for breakfast. Wonderful start to our day.」

「直前予約したため、チェックイン時は、私達が宿泊客だと思われなかったようですが、予約してあることを伝えると、すぐに手配してくれました。 ベビー連れだったためか、広い部屋を用意してもらえ、部屋も清潔で快適でした。 私達は、終了時間ギリギリに行ったため、バタバタしてしまいましたが、朝食ブュッフェも種類が豊富で(無料の割には、、かもしれませんが)、美味しかったです。 マキナックアイランドへのフェリー乗り場も近くて便利でした。」
