「The bathroom floor was dirty 」

「I liked it because it was pet friendly, close location to my relatives, parking was good, the rooms were clean, and quiet. 」

「Property was a ways from town and had to take a ferry to get there, but my fault for not reading description carefully. Cabin was exceptionally clean and very well stocked towels, bedding, cooking accessories. Owner responded in a timely manner.」

「We stayed here for 1 night on our UP road trip but wished we would have stayed more! The cabin was super cute and clean and had plenty of space for our family of 5! The kids loved the kayaks and playing in the water. We enjoyed the fire pit that night. The convenience store on the island was great and has a lot of what we needed. We would definitely love to come back and stay longer next time.」

「チェックインに10分以上待たされた。 1人既にチェックイン対応をしていた状態だが、その客は電話で話をし始め、それをずっと待っていた。他のスタッフを呼ぶなり、先に待っている我々の対応を出来たはず。 その客の対応を終えても、こちらに話しかける事なく他の作業をしようとし始めた為、ムカついた。」
