They were such a nice surprise on the main strip of the Island. Clean. Quiet. AND ... they TMd when the room was ready for check in ... before check in hours.

Great location on the beach, not far from interstate. Balcony facing water. Very well run hotel.

The hotel hospitality staff were exceptional. The hotel, our room and the breakfast area were spotless. Breakfast was delicious and tons of options. Our room faces the lake with gorgeous views. Nice facility. Great view of the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offerings were good (except for the fruit salad). The breakfast area maybe needs new furniture.

Great in all respects! The rooms are up to date and clean, and the location is convenient to the area attractions.

I should start by saying my boyfriend and I are VERY particular about hotels and had yet to find one we loved in Mackinaw City. Well that was until we found this!! I could not have asked for a better stay. Staff was amazing from the moment we arrived. It has the small mom and pop feel and is truly so cozy! Cleanliness was 10/10. I would recommend any and anyone to stay here.

The lady at the front hotel check in desk, Manda, was not helpful at all. She never asked for my drivers license. She was very, very rude. She was not willing to help with my situation at all. So, I went along with her way. The next morning I called the front desk and spoke with Pam. Within 30 minutes Pam and her manager took care of my issue and I had an email from Expedia with a confirmation of my refund from Expedia. Excellent hot tub pool accommodations… excellent staff… very accommodating to our needs!

I'm so excited we chose to stay here. Not only was the price point solid, but the quality of our stay was wonderful and left us well rested. The bed was super comfortable, showers were hot with great water pressure, it was quiet early in the night even with it on a main road, clean and well cared for, and the location was perfect for getting around. We even ran late and the front desk had a plan in case we missed them to check in. Will absolutely stay again.

This was our 2nd year in a row visiting Mackinaw and both trips, stayed at the Comfort Inn. What a great hotel. The beds are beyond comfortable, the view is amazing, and that staff is always so friendly. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. You won't be disappointed!

We stayed at the Continental Inn for two nights and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. It didn't have that plastic feel like a chain hotel. We will definitely stay there again.

Water park was very fun. Even my 11 year old was impressed. Great location and staff was very friendly.
