"Great place to stay, beautiful views. We really enjoyed our time there. By far, the most pet friendly place I’ve ever stayed at, & I’ve stayed at a lot of different places. They had dog bowls, dog blankets & dog towels. Great pet friendly place. For people, great views/access to the lake, good amount of dishes, supplies, towels & bathroom essentials. Would stay here again!!"

"Our family enjoyed an amazing stay at Greenwall Cottage on Lake Huron. Very private and peaceful but close enough to enjoy a day trip to Mackinaw Island and a few light house visits. As a family who enjoys biking we loved the 8-mile paved trail along the lake between 40 Point Light House and Rogers City/Seagull Park- our favorite! "We enjoyed our stay at this gem of a property on Beaver Lake. The long private dock out to the water provides a tranquil environment to sit and relax or hop in the paddleboat and do some fishing. The Smores provided as part of our stay was a nice touch. Would stay here again on my next trip to Hillman. "

"Me and my Nephew stayed here for a long weekend. It is a great location for exploring the area. We went as far as St. Ignase for a day trip. The cottage was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed as far as towels, kitchen items, toiletries. I was surprised to see a smoker there for use, we did use the grill. The furniture is comfortable. Over all I would definitely come back. "

"This is by far one of the most well-appointed properties for large groups! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the pavilion and beach areas were perfect for relaxing, eating, doing art projects with the kids, and enjoying the serenity that is Black Lake. "Nice place. Great for the kids. Lots of games and toys available. The walking distance beaches are very rocky so be sure to have water shoes if you plan to use them, they are nice. Small place, no dishwasher but overall a great experience. We would stay again. "
