「The inn is old so know you are going to hear people above you and doors closing. Very creaky floors. The check-in was ok. The woman was very rude. Not friendly and more interested in reading her paper. The young ladies later on in the day were smiley and friendly. Late afternoon check-in was nice dealing with them. Breakfast was good the gentleman is there watching and replacing items. Great location. Beautiful gardens. We did not use the pool. But bc we were close by heard all the noise. I...

「Really loved the vibe at Pine Cottage. Room was very clean and ours had a great view, comfortable mattress. Guests can relax on the porch chairs and the breakfast was great. Would stay again.」

「Staff were easy to reach and knowledgeable. Rooms were on the other side of the island near woods restaurant which was a lovely reprieve from the bustle of downtown. We had a really great experience.」

「シャワーが出ず、対応してもらえるまで3回フロントに電話等が必要で、最終的に部屋を変えてもらえるまで1時間以上待たなければならなかった。そもそも今日昨日壊れたという感じの故障ではなさそうだった。 変えてもらった部屋は水回りが凄く古い部屋で、シャワーは出たが、翌朝トイレが故障した。 ベッドだけはどちらの部屋もとても清潔だったが、対応が遅くメンテナンスも行き届いておらずがっかりだった。」
