「We stayed here for our cedar point trip on Labor Day weekend. It was a great experience. The staff was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. The evening shift lady who checked us in was very nice, professional and hardworking. The suites we stayed in was spacious and modern. Rooms are well insulated & quiet. kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The outdoor fireplace was amazing. There is always fresh coffee available in the lobby and dining area. The free continental buffet breakfast was great...

The porch and dining room have views of the beautiful garden flowers and the lake. I loved the blue/white room with an alcove that we had.

That random national Best Western phone operator told me, a single woman on the road, $230.00 a night and they only had one room left. I then actually booked through Expedia for $180.00 a night and the hotel was NOT full. She had lied to me. 」
